The BSA Hercules Duathlon 2009 was the first such Duathlon in the country!

There were a total of 315 participants across two categories.

• 2.5K run + 10K cycle + 2.5K run
• 5K run + 20K cycle + 5K run

The event paved the way for many more Duathlon across the country and other cycling events too. Facilities like cycle rentals and cycle transportation worked wonders and gets more people to participate.

It also got many people started into running and cycling. We are proud to bring this event back to the city!
